Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you open the site, Vercel processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, time, requested address, browser and device identifiers) in server logs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU standard contractual clauses.

Fonts

The fonts used are served from our own server. No connection to Google servers is established and no data is transferred to Google.

Contact form and enquiry funnel

When you send us a message through the contact form or the enquiry funnel, we process the details you provide: first and last name, email address and – where given – phone number, event date, venue, your message, your answers from the funnel steps and a preferred DJ.

We use this data solely to handle your enquiry and to make you an offer. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The enquiry is delivered to us by email and additionally stored in an access-protected area of this website, so that no enquiry is lost if email delivery fails. You also receive a confirmation by email.

We delete enquiries as soon as they are no longer needed, and at the latest once statutory retention periods expire. Where a booking is made, commercial and tax retention periods of up to ten years apply.

Email delivery

For sending enquiries and confirmations we use email servers operated by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany, plus a second provider as a fallback. Transmission is encrypted.

Abuse protection

To prevent automated bulk enquiries we limit the number of submissions per IP address and per email address. For this we store shortened, cryptographically hashed values of those details for one hour. They cannot be traced back to individuals. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Consent for measurement and advertising

On your first visit we ask whether we may set cookies for measurement and advertising. Until you agree, no such cookies are set and no personal data is transferred to Google (Google Consent Mode v2, default “denied”).

Your decision is stored in your browser's local storage under the key “fpe_consent”. It never leaves your browser. You can withdraw or change it at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Google Analytics and Google Ads

Only with your consent do we use Google Analytics and Google Ads, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. This lets us measure how our site is found and used, and whether an advertisement led to an enquiry. Cookies are set and usage data – including a shortened IP address – is transferred to Google, potentially including to the USA.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25(1) TDDDG. You may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

If you reach us through a Google advertisement, we store the click identifier “gclid” from the address bar in your browser's session storage for the duration of your visit and send it along with a submitted enquiry, so the enquiry can be attributed to the advertisement.

WhatsApp

Our site contains links to WhatsApp. These are plain links – no WhatsApp content is loaded and no data is transferred unless you click. If you use the link, the privacy terms of WhatsApp Ireland Limited apply.

Your rights

You have the right to information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent given at any time.

To do so, simply contact info@fp-events.de.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.

Encryption

For security reasons this site uses TLS encryption. You can recognise it by “https://” in your browser's address bar.
